Air India flight from Delhi to Wuhan found 19 Indians Corona positive

In a recent flight from New Delhi to the Chinese city of Wuhan as part of the Vande Bharat Mission (VBM), 19 Indian passengers were infected with the corona virus. On the other hand, India announced on Monday that it would operate four more such flights to China from November 13th.

Indian officials said the infected were hospitalized in Wuhan. The core infection from Wuhan in China is believed to have spread all over the world.

On October 30th last year, 277 Indians from New Delhi arrived on the sixth flight from India to China in recent months, and the first flight to Wuhan and 157 were returning to India. The Indian Embassy here announced that Air India plans to operate four flights from Delhi, which will depart on November 13th, 20th, 27th and December 4th to bring stranded Indians back overseas.

Officials said that in addition to the 19 Indians who confirmed the infection, antibodies were found in 39 tests. All Indian travelers are required to undergo coronavirus screening twice before being allowed to travel by air. Indian officials said those found infected were admitted to hospitals.
